Oban MiningCorp. said April 8 that it closed the of the mining claimscomprising part of the DeSantis gold property in Ontario from

Oban delivered 620,400 common shares in exchange for themining claims and expects to issue a further 229,600 common shares uponcompletion of the transfer of the mining leases.

The transfer of the mining leases will be completed uponreceipt of the ordinary course consent of the Ministry of Northern Developmentand Mines.
