Leggett & Platt Inc. CFO Matthew Flanigan has informed the company of his decision to retire as CFO and a director of the company, according to an Aug. 10 SEC filing.
No specific date has been set for the retirement, and Flanigan said he is willing to remain CFO until a successor has been hired and through a transition period.
Flanigan has been CFO since 2003 and a director since 2010.
The home furnishings manufacturer said they now plan to begin to look for Flanigan's replacement.
