Netflix to lease Hudson Pacific's EPIC development in Hollywood, Calif.

Netflix Inc. signed a 327,913-square-foot lease for all of Hudson Pacific Properties Inc.'s 13-story EPIC office development in Hollywood, Calif.

Netflix will occupy the building in stages, starting in January 2020. The lease runs through 2031.

The property is currently under construction, with delivery anticipated in the first quarter of 2020, and is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification, according to a release.

The internet entertainment service provider also extended its lease for 325,757 square feet at the office real estate investment trust's ICON property, and for 91,953 square feet at Hudson Pacific's CUE building, both on the Sunset Bronson Studios lot in Hollywood.
