NY regulator approves First Central Savings Bank's authorized share increase

First Central Savings Bank secured the New York State Department of Financial Services' approval to amend the bank's organization certificate to provide for an increase in the number of authorized shares of capital stock.

The Glen Cove, N.Y.-based bank seeks to increase the number of authorized shares to 12,750,000 from 10,250,000, all with par value of $5.00 each share.
