Banco Mariva raises 195.6M pesos in bond auction

Banco Mariva SA said it has raised about 195.6 million Argentine pesos in an Oct. 9 placement of series VIII bonds.

The bank received orders totaling 270.5 million pesos. It originally planned to place bonds for up to 150 million pesos, expandable up to 300 million pesos.

The margin was set at 475 basis points.

The bonds will be settled and issued Oct. 11. They will expire Oct. 8, 2018.

As of Oct. 6, US$1 was equivalent to 17.51 Argentine pesos.
