Enterprise files to sell $1.89B of common units

EnterpriseProducts Partners LP filed to sell $1.89 billion of common units,consisting of $1.75 billion of newly registered common units and $140 millionof unsold common units.

The net proceeds from the sale would be used for generalpartnership purposes, such as working capital, investments in subsidiaries,retirement of debt, and repurchase of common units or other securities,according to the July 11 registration document.

The proposed aggregate offering price of the newlyregistered units was estimated solely for the purpose of calculating theregistration fee.
