Robert Branaman was appointed a director of Brownstown, Ind.-based TPB Bancorp, the Seymour (Ind.) Tribune reported Jan. 23.
He will serve the remaining term of Ralph Spurgeon, who retired Dec. 31, 2016, the publication said.
Branaman, who was sworn in Jan. 9, is currently the CFO of unit Peoples Bank.
