India-based IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd. issued 5.50 billion rupees of secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures through private placement.
The company issued 2.75 billion rupees of 424-day debentures priced with an annual coupon of 9.8917% and 2.75 billion rupees of 452-day debentures with an annual coupon of 9.8773%, according to a July 3 stock exchange filing.
The debentures will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Ltd.
As of July 3, US$1 was equivalent to 68.56 rupees.
