County Bancorp Inc.'s board increased the company's quarterly cash dividend to 7 cents per share from 6 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on March 23 to shareholders of record as of March 9.

The Manitowoc, Wis.-based company is the parent of Investors Community Bank.
