Lake Country Capital's 1st fund tops $182M at final close

Lake Country Capital, which makes debt and minority equity investments in lower-middle-market U.S. businesses, pulled in more than $182 million for its first fund at final close.

The investor base for the Lake Country Capital SBIC LP fund includes institutional investors, banks, multifamily offices and high-net-worth individuals.

The investment firm said it has already closed on four investments in the services, consumer and distribution industries since it launched operations four months earlier. The firm has offices in Minneapolis and Los Angeles.
