Sara Clemens resigned as COO of Pandora Media Inc.

She will remain in the company's employment for a transition period yet to be determined, the company said in a Dec. 20 SEC filing.

Clemens, who was named chief strategy officer of Pandora Media in 2014, has been serving as the company's COO since earlier in 2016.
