EQT MidstreamPartners LP declared a quarterly cash distribution of 74.50 centsper unit for the first quarter of 2016, according to the partnership's April 26news release.

The first-quarter distribution represents an increase of13.50 cents per unit, or 22%, compared to the year-ago period.

The distribution will be paid on May 13, to EQT Midstreamunit holders of record at the close of business on May 6.

EQT GPHoldings LP also declared a quarterly cash distribution of 13.40cents per unit for the first quarter of 2016, which will be paid on May 23 toall EQT GP unit holders of record at the close of business on May 6.
