Panama's Corporacion de Finanzas del Pais plans $1M bond offering

Corporacion de Finanzas del Pais SA on Dec. 27 plans to offer up to $1 million in five-year revolving corporate bonds, according to a regulatory filing.

The series T bonds, which carry an interest rate of 7.75%, will be issued Dec. 29. Interest will be paid monthly.

Proceeds from the funds will be used to finance the company's working capital.

The offering is part of a bank debt program worth up to $50.0 million.
