Religare Enterprises subsidiary exits portfolio manager

ReligareEnterprises Ltd. subsidiary RGAM Investment Advisers Pvt. Ltd.completed its exit from Religare Portfolio Managers and Advisors Pvt. Ltd.

The transaction closed July 14 following the receipt of allrequired regulatory approvals.

Religare Enterprises has exited a number of businesses inrecent months. In April, the company agreed to its 100% stake in global venturecapital and private equity firm Northgate Capital LLC to Capital Partnership.It also sold itsentire stake in Religare Health Trust Trustee Manager Pte. Ltd. earlier this yearand completed the sale of itsstake in its asset management joint venture to its U.S.-basedpartner Invesco Ltd.
