BWX Technologies executive chair to become nonexecutive chair

BWX Technologies Executive Chairman John Fees will transition to a nonexecutive chairman role, effective May 4, 2018.

Fees has served in the current role since July 2015 when BWX Technologies spun off its power generation business to focus on government and commercial nuclear markets, according to a Dec. 15 release.
