Centene extends CEO employment

Centene Corp. extended Chairman, President and CEO Michael Neidorff's employment agreement to 2020.

Neidorff's contract was previously set to terminate in December 2017.

Neidorff's successor as CEO will be appointed on or before the date of the company's annual stockholder meeting in April 2020. Neidorff will continue to serve as CEO until his successor is appointed.

Neidorff will serve as executive chairman for one year after his successor is appointed and as nonexecutive chairman thereafter.
