Banco W SA will issue ordinary bonds on May 28 worth up to 150.00 billion Colombian pesos, according to a securities filing.

The issuance will be composed of 150,000 ordinary bonds with a nominal value of 1.0 million pesos each.

The offering will be comprised of a three-year A series with subseries A3, carrying an interest rate of 7.60%.

Valores Bancolombia SA Comisionista de Bolsa is acting as lead agent.

As of May 24, US$1 was equivalent to 3,361.30 Colombian pesos.
