EQT Real Estate buys office property in Paris for €42M

EQT Real Estate purchased a 9,050-square-meter unoccupied office property from a French pension fund advised by investment manager AEW for €42 million.

The property sits on rue Mozart in Clichy Saint-Ouen and is the EQT Real Estate I fund's ninth investment to date.

EQT Real Estate I was advised by Savills, George V Notaires, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, JLL Project & Development Services and Beadmans. ACOFI Gestion-managed funds financed the acquisition, advised by Etude Panhard and Allen & Overy.
