Benefitfocus Inc. CFO Jonathon Dussault on April 25 said he will resign, effective no later than Aug. 31.

Dussault became CFO in August 2017.

The company named Lou Anne Gilmore interim CFO, effective June 1. Gilmore is Benefitfocus' vice president of corporate development.
