Corporate Capital Trust terminates share repurchase program

Corporate Capital Trust Inc.'s board voted to terminate the company's share repurchase program following the completion of its July 17 tender offer.

That offer is set to expire at 5 p.m. CT on Aug. 21, and the termination is effective Sept. 11.

Last month, the company applied to list its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange. The company said it is terminating the repurchase program in anticipation of the listing and the liquidity it is expected to provide.
