Russian lender JSC Alfa-Bank appointed Sergey Polyakov as a member of its management board, following the Russian central bank's approval of his candidacy.

Polyakov joined the bank as information technology director in January.

B.P. Marsh & Partners

British asset manager B.P. Marsh & Partners PLC said Camilla Kenyon, an executive director at the company, will step down from her position at the end of August. Kenyon joined the company in 2006 and became executive director in 2011.
