Aprirose selling £75M portfolio of 9 UK properties

U.K.-based real estate investor Aprirose Ltd. placed on the market a nine-asset portfolio of commercial properties worth £75 million, CoStar U.K. reported.

The U.K. portfolio covers 308,816 square feet and includes properties that are used for industrial, office, health, retail and alternative purposes. Eight of the assets to be sold are freehold, with the other on a long leasehold, according to the March 22 report.

Knight Frank was appointed to sell the portfolio.
