Report: SocGen issues $500M of bonds

SociétéGénérale SA on April 4 issued international bonds worth $500million, Cbonds reported April 5.

The notes mature April 8, 2021, and carry a coupon ofthree-month U.S. dollar LIBOR plus 1.33%. The notes were sold at a price of100%.

Banco Santander, RBC Capital Markets, SG Americas and TDSecurities served as joint book runners on the deal.
