MBF Healthcare Partners LP invested an undisclosed sum in Austin, Texas-based Rose Dental Group.

Concurrently with the transaction, the middle-market private healthcare private equity firm formed Strive Dental Management LLC.

Rollin Sarradet and Sergio Escobar, co-founders of Rose Dental, will remain integral partners to the newly formed dental service organization. Mike Vaughan, operating executive at MBF Healthcare Partners, will be Strive Dental's transitional CEO.
