Report: 2 Singapore-based bankers leave BofA

Gautam Saxena and Saikat Mukherjee, Singapore-based bankersat Bank of AmericaCorp., left their roles, Bloomberg News reported Sept. 30 citing"people with knowledge of the matter."

Saxena was Asia-Pacific head of telecom and media investmentbanking, while Mukherjee served as managing director. The news came afterReuters reported that a number of senior bankers in Asia-Pacific are leaving the bank amidjob cuts in the company's investment banking business in the region.

Bloomberg's emails to work addresses of Saxena and Mukherjeewere returned as undeliverable, while Paul Scanlon, a spokesman for the bank,declined to comment on the matter.
