GE Dimitriou Commercial Q3 loss narrows YOY

G.E. Dimitriou Commercial Co. SA said its normalized net income for the third quarter was a loss of €373,870, compared with a loss of €555,230 in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

The normalized profit margin rose to negative 4.5% from negative 6.4% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue fell year over year to €8.3 million from €8.7 million, and total operating expenses fell 7.0% on an annual basis to €8.5 million from €9.2 million.

Reported net income totaled a loss of €447,280, or a loss of 1 cents per share, compared to a loss of €910,500, or a loss of 1 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
