UniCredit SpA has sold a portfolio of Slovenian nonperforming loans to B2 KAPITAL.
The portfolio, which has a gross book value of about €110 million, was sold through UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d.
The impact of the sale will be reflected in UniCredit's fourth-quarter 2016 results.
