New Mountain Finance raises credit facility's total commitments

onMarch 23 entered into a commitment increase agreement to raise totalcommitments under its senior secured revolving to $110 million from $95million, in accordance with the credit facility's accordion feature.

Thecredit facility, maturing June 4, 2019, is provided by Goldman Sachs Bank USA,as the administrative agent and issuing bank; and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, MorganStanley Bank NA and Stifel Bank & Trust, as lenders, according to a Form8-K filed March 29.
