21st Century Fox fiscal Q4 income down 16.0% YOY

21st Century Fox Inc. on Aug. 9 reported a 16.0% year-over-year drop in fiscal fourth-quarter net income attributable to shareholders to $476.0 million, or 26 cents per share, from net income of $567.0 million, or 30 cents per share.

The fourth-quarter S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate for GAAP EPS was 34 cents.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $6.75 billion, up 1.5% year over year from $6.65 billion.
