Yapı ve Kredi Bankasi signs syndicated loan agreement

Yapi ve KrediBankasi AS signed a 367-day syndicated loan agreement comprisingtranches of $233.5 million and €817.3 million, it said Oct. 5.

The issuance involved 33 banks from 14 countries. The loanwill be used for trade finance purposes and carries all-in costs of the LIBORplus 110 basis points and the EURIBOR plus 100 basis points, respectively, forthe two tranches.
