Industrial producer prices in Italy fell by 0.4% month over month in April after rising by a revised 0.2% in March, the country's National Institute of Statistics said.
The prices of goods sold on the domestic market declined by 0.7% and price of those sold on the non-domestic market edged up by 0.1%.
Producer prices increased by 0.6% on average in the three months to April, compared with the previous three months.
Prices rose by 1.3% year over year in April following a 1.8% year-over-year increase in March.
