Progressive Corp. has filed a prospectus supplement related to the sale of an undisclosed amount of senior notes.

Progressive does not intend to apply for listing of the notes on any securities exchange. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for general corporate purposes.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan are serving as joint book runners for the offering.
