American Realty Capital New York City REIT Inc. adjourned its reconvened annual shareholder meeting to Sept. 7 at 4 p.m. ET.

The meeting was adjourned to seek further solicitation of votes to approve charter amendment proposals related to certain provisions that the company previously said were redundant or may not comply with the Maryland General Corporation Law and that are inconsistent with those of most publicly traded real estate investment trusts.
