Banco Panamá to offer $1.2M in bonds

Banco Panamá SA on Dec. 27 plans to offer negotiable bonds worth $1.2 million, the company said in a security filing.

The one-year series BF bonds, to be issued Dec. 29, carry an interest rate of 3.75%, and are a part of the bank's $100 million bond issuance program.
