An affiliate of HyattHotels Corp. and SIGNA Holding Group have announced a 50/50 joint venturefor the development of a new Andaz hotel in the new Quartier Belvedere in Vienna.

The hotel, dubbed Andaz Am Belvedere Vienna, will comprise twoseparate but connected buildings and will include 300 rooms and a 2,200-square-meterconference facility, including a 700-square-meter ballroom.

The project, which is slated to open in early 2019, will be thesecond collaboration between Hyatt and SIGNA in the Austrian capital after , according to aMarch 29 statement.
