Real Estate Investors PLC declared a final dividend of 0.875 penny per share for the 2017 full year, an increase compared to the last quarterly dividend of 0.75 penny per share.

The figure raises total per-share dividends during the 12-month period 19% year over year to 3.125 pence from 2.625 pence.

The payment will be made April 27 to shareholders on record as of April 3.
