NexPoint Capital's tender offer for common shares expires

NexPoint CapitalInc. said April 4 that no shares of the company were tendered for repurchasein its tender offer, which expired March 31 at 5 p.m. ET.

The company on March 1 fileda tender offer statement for an offer to purchase for cash up to 2.5% of its outstandingcommon stock at a price equal to 90% of the offering price per share on the expirationdate and any unpaid dividends accrued through the expiration date of the tenderoffer.
