Nippon Building Fund manager taps Mitsui Fudosan exec as CEO

Office real estate investment trust Nippon Building Fund Inc. disclosed that Yoshiyuki Tanabe was nominated as a director and new president and CEO of its asset manager.

Tanabe's appointment at Nippon Building Fund Management Ltd. is effective April 1. He will assume the roles of president and CEO from Kenichi Tanaka, who is retiring March 31.

Tanabe is the general manager for the affiliated business department of diversified real estate company Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd., among other affiliations.
