LHC Group Inc. and LifePoint Health Inc. added two Arkansas facilities, a home health provider and a hospice provider, to the companies' 2017 joint venture partnership.

The transaction, which LHC Group expects to add $5.4 million in annualized revenue, is projected to be finalized Jan. 1, 2020, according to a Dec. 9 press release. The facilities are both in Bryant, Ark., and are associated with LifePoint's Saline Memorial Hospital.

The facilities will operate under the names Saline Memorial Home Health and Saline Memorial Hospice, according to the press release.

Along with the transaction announcement, the companies announced that the additions of individual facilities in Arizona, Idaho and Ohio were finalized. All three locations will operate under the same names and will remain at the current sites.
