New York REIT pushed back its annual shareholder meeting to vote on its proposed liquidation and dissolution plan again.
The meeting will now be held in January 2017, instead of Dec. 30.
Under the plan, the company will sell all or substantially all of its assets and distribute the net proceeds to its stockholders.
