Riva Resources Ltd. said Jan. 19 that it secured one of two key exploration licenses covering nearly 50 square kilometers at its Tabac cobalt-gold project in Western Australia.
The granted tenement, E53/1891, contains a significant historical drill intercept of 30 meters at 0.3% cobalt and 10 meters at 0.86 g/t of gold from 358 meters.
Riva noted that it submitted a work program to facilitate drilling approvals.
Meanwhile, drilling on the adjoining Rosslyn Hill Mining MOU tenements remains on track for a February start.
