Taiwan Business Bank Co. Ltd. appointed Tzu-Hao Tsai a director on its board, with effect from Jan. 20.

Tzu-Hao Tsai replaces Cheng-Chuan Kang, who resigned from the role, according to a same-day stock exchange filing.

Tzu-Hao Tsai serves as an associate professor at the quantitative finance department at National Tsing Hua University.
