Seneca Financial discloses offering expiry date

Seneca Financial Corp.'s conversion-related offering is scheduled to expire at noon ET on Sept. 19.

Seneca is the proposed holding company for Baldwinsville, N.Y.-based Seneca Federal Savings and Loan Association. It is offering, on a best-efforts basis, up to 793,500 common shares at $10 per share.

Submitted orders for shares are irrevocable unless the offering is terminated, or extended beyond Nov. 3.
