S&P Dow Jones Indices will add Realogy Holdings Corp. to the S&P SmallCap 600 index, replacing oil and gas drilling company Pioneer Energy Services Corp.

The real estate services firm will join the S&P SmallCap 600 Global Industry Classification Standard Real Estate Services Sub-Industry index, effective before market open June 4. It will be deleted from the S&P MidCap 400 index and will be replaced by construction and engineering company Fluor Corp.
