Griffin Premium's detained nonexecutive board chairman resigns

Griffin Premium RE.. N.V. nonexecutive board chairman Przemyslaw Krych stepped down with immediate effect.

His resignation follows the investigations of Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Prosecutor's Office against him and others.

Griffin Premium said the charges against Krych relate to him only in his personal capacity and are not related to assets owned or to be acquired by the company, according to a release. The company added that no other board member or employee is subject to the investigations.
