Texas-based Service Lloyds Insurance Co. parent Service Insurance Holdings Inc. has acquired Oklahoma-based insurer American Healthcare Indemnity Co.

The new entity will be rebranded as Service American Indemnity Co., and the business will remain headquartered in Austin, Texas.
