Citizens Bank Minnesota president/CEO to retire at end-2019

Citizens Bank Minnesota President and CEO Luther Geistfeld intends to retire at the end of 2019, prairiepublishingmn.com reported.

Those responsibilities will be assumed by Mark Denn at that time.

Denn, who was promoted to executive vice president at the Citizens Bancorp. of New Ulm Inc. unit, will take over the bank's day-to-day management on Jan. 1, 2019.

Denn joined the New Ulm, Minn.-based bank in 2000.
