The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued a notice of allowance for Predictive Technology Group Inc.'s fundamental patent application for the practice of administering spine deformation therapeutics for patients having a spine deformation altered risk associated biomarker.

Predictive Technology said the patent application supports the commercial use of both its diagnostic and companion treatment products. The application adds to the company's previously announced patents.
