ARA Asset Management Ltd. and LOGOS Property Group agreed to establish best-in-class logistics real estate development and investment management in a partnership targeting opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.

As part of the strategic deal, ARA Asset will transfer its entire shareholding in Singapore-listed real estate investment trust Cache Logistics Trust and ARA Trust Management (Cache) Ltd. to LOGOS, with the global integrated real assets fund manager retaining control of the two companies through its new partner.

Completion of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2020, subject to regulatory approvals, according to a Dec. 12 news release.
