HKR International Ltd. said Henry Cheng Kar Shun resigned as independent nonexecutive director and chairman of the remuneration committee, effective March 31.

Linus Cheung Wing Lam, an independent nonexecutive director and member of the board's remuneration committee, was appointed to take the chairmanship role in the said committee upon Cheng's departure.

Cheung joined the board in January 2006 and was redesignated to his current directorship post March 26, 2012.
